You can buy our furniture and accessories collection in our Brand Stores and Studios. Find your nearest store.

Delivery and assembly

To ensure the best experience of our customised furniture, we offer delivery and assembly. Our professional service team will take care of the transport and assembly and are knowledgeable about our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly. We will take care of removal of packaging, expert assembly and placement of the furniture in your home. Ask ins-store for details and prices.

Delivery time

As most of our collection is customised for you, we do not have a wide range in stock. Our normal delivery time for board furniture is 3-4 weeks and 5-6 weeks for upholstery.

Return and exchange policy

If you are dissatisfied with your accessory purchase, you are naturally entitled to return the goods within 28 days as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Please see in store for full details of our terms and conditions. Please note, however, that items bought on sale or furniture special orders cannot be returned.

Our range

You are always welcome in our stores and studios to view all the products in our range. However, our stores vary in size and you may not find our entire product range on display at your local BoConcept. Our full range is available to order, please ask our interior consultants, who will be pleased to help and advise you. All products are subject to availability.

Accessories

Due to national trends, our accessories range is always being updated. Therefore, you may not find the entire range shown in this catalogue throughout 2007/2008. Some of the accessories used for the room sets in this catalogue are personal items and therefore not available in our stores.

Prices

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. All prices are correct at time of printing (July 2007). However, we may need to review certain prices due to adverse currency fluctuations and/or other events beyond our control.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit card, Maestro, cash or cheque. Interest free credit is available subject to status.

Gift vouchers

BoConcept gift vouchers will shortly be available in most stores.

Lamps

All lamps and light fittings conform to European guidelines for domestic use. Some of our lamps are not available in all countries. Please check in store.
